DUEVO KULLANIM ŞARTLARI (EULA)

1. Taraflar ve kabul

Bu şartlar, Duevo uygulamasını kullanan siz ile Sofft Apps (Fuat Çakır) arasındadır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Hizmetin niteliği

Duevo; müşteri, cihaz, bakım, garanti ve bakım anlaşması takibi için bir KAYIT VE HATIRLATMA aracıdır. Uygulama profesyonel/ticari kullanım içindir.

3. Sorumluluğun sınırı (ÖNEMLİ)

Duevo hatırlatma amaçlı bir yardımcıdır. Bildirimlerin iletimi işletim sistemi, ağ ve cihaz ayarlarına bağlıdır. KAÇIRILAN BİR HATIRLATMADAN doğabilecek gelir kaybı, sözleşme kaybı veya başka zararlardan Sofft Apps sorumlu tutulamaz. Kritik tarihlerinizi bağımsız olarak da takip etmeniz önerilir.

4. Müşteri verileri

Uygulamaya girdiğiniz müşteri verilerinin hukuka uygunluğundan (müşterilerinizin bilgilendirilmesi dâhil) siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulamayı üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanamazsınız.

5. Abonelik

Premium özellikler otomatik yenilenen abonelikle sunulur. Ücret, satın alma sırasında mağazada gösterilir; abonelik dönem sonundan en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse yenilenir. Yönetim ve iptal: App Store / Google Play hesap ayarları.

6. Hesap ve fesih

Hesabınızı istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz (30 gün bekleme süreli). Şartların ihlalinde hizmet askıya alınabilir.

7. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama ve içeriği Sofft Apps'e aittir; size yalnızca kişisel/işletme içi kullanım için devredilemez lisans verilir.

8. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. İletişim: hello@sofft.app

DUEVO TERMS OF USE (EULA)

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms are between you and Sofft Apps (Fuat Cakir). By using Duevo you accept these terms.

2. Nature of the service

Duevo is a RECORD-KEEPING AND REMINDER tool for tracking customers, devices, maintenance, warranties and maintenance contracts. It is intended for professional/business use.

3. Limitation of liability (IMPORTANT)

Duevo is a reminder aid. Notification delivery depends on the operating system, network and device settings. Sofft Apps cannot be held liable for lost revenue, lost contracts or other damages arising from A MISSED REMINDER. You should independently track business-critical dates.

4. Customer data

You are responsible for the lawfulness of customer data you enter (including informing your customers). You may not use the app in a way that violates third-party rights.

5. Subscription

Premium features are offered via auto-renewing subscription. Pricing is shown in the store at purchase; subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage/cancel: App Store / Google Play account settings.

6. Account and termination

You may delete your account at any time (30-day grace period). Service may be suspended upon breach of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The app and its content belong to Sofft Apps; you receive a non-transferable licence for personal/in-company use only.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Contact: hello@sofft.app
