This notice covers the sofft.app website only — the marketing pages, the blog, the calculators and the downloadable templates. The applications have their own, separate policies: RentMind, Odovo, Duevo. The site is operated by Fuat Çakır ("Sofft"), Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye — hello@sofft.app.
1. There is no account and no form
This website has no sign-up, no login and no contact form. Nothing you type is sent to us from these pages; the only way to reach us is by e-mail, which you initiate.
2. What is measured
a) Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It records visits, pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level, derived from IP by Google), device type and referring source. It uses cookies and similar browser storage. Google acts as our processor for this.
b) Cloudflare Web Analytics. Loaded on blog pages to measure traffic. It is cookie-free.
c) Our own view counter. When you open a blog post, our server increases a counter for that post. Your IP address is not stored. To avoid counting the same reader twice in one day, the IP, the page and the date are combined into an irreversible fingerprint (SHA-256) and only that fingerprint is kept. It cannot be turned back into an IP address.
d) Anonymous event counts. Downloading a template or opening a service card on the consulting page increases a plain counter (for example "this template was downloaded N times"). No identifier, no profile, no free text is recorded — only totals from a fixed, server-side list of allowed events.
3. What is never done
No advertising, no ad networks, no retargeting pixels. Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. We do not build profiles of individual visitors, and we cannot identify you from the measurements above.
4. Who processes data
Google (Analytics and Tag Manager, servers in the EU and the US) · Cloudflare (DNS and web analytics) · Google Firebase Hosting (serving this site; standard server logs). Transfers outside the European Union take place under the European Commission's 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses, and both providers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Turning measurement off
You can block analytics with your browser's tracking protection or an extension; the site works normally without it. To keep your own visits out of the blog counter on this device, open any blog post with ?noview=1 at the end of the address.
6. Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the GDPR you may ask what is held about you, and ask for it to be corrected or erased. Write to hello@sofft.app. Please note that the measurements described above are aggregate or irreversible, so in most cases there is no record that can be linked back to you personally.
7. Changes
If measurement on this website changes, this page is updated before the change goes live, and the date at the top is changed.

1. Hesap da yok, form da yok
Bu sitede kayıt, giriş veya iletişim formu yoktur. Bu sayfalarda yazdığınız hiçbir şey bize gönderilmez; bize ulaşmanın tek yolu, sizin başlattığınız e-postadır.
2. Neler ölçülüyor
a) Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager üzerinden. Ziyaretleri, görüntülenen sayfaları, yaklaşık konumu (Google'ın IP'den türettiği ülke/şehir düzeyi), cihaz türünü ve siteye nereden geldiğinizi kaydeder. Çerez ve benzeri tarayıcı depolaması kullanır. Google bu iş için veri işleyenimizdir.
b) Cloudflare Web Analytics. Blog sayfalarında trafiği ölçmek için çalışır, çerez kullanmaz.
c) Kendi görüntülenme sayacımız. Bir blog yazısını açtığınızda sunucumuz o yazının sayacını bir artırır. IP adresiniz saklanmaz. Aynı okuyucuyu bir gün içinde iki kez saymamak için IP, sayfa ve tarih birleştirilip geri döndürülemez bir özete (SHA-256) çevrilir ve yalnızca o özet tutulur; bu özetten IP adresine geri dönülemez.
d) Anonim olay sayaçları. Bir şablonu indirmek veya danışmanlık sayfasında bir hizmet kartını açmak, düz bir sayacı artırır (örneğin "bu şablon N kez indirildi"). Hiçbir kimlik, profil veya serbest metin kaydedilmez — yalnız sunucu tarafında sabit bir izinli olay listesinden gelen toplamlar tutulur.
3. Kesinlikle yapılmayanlar
Reklam yok, reklam ağı yok, yeniden hedefleme pikseli yok. Verileriniz satılmaz, pazarlama için paylaşılmaz. Tek tek ziyaretçilerin profili çıkarılmaz ve yukarıdaki ölçümlerden kimliğiniz belirlenemez.
4. Kimler işliyor
Google (Analytics ve Tag Manager; AB ve ABD'deki sunucular) · Cloudflare (DNS ve web analitiği) · Google Firebase Hosting (siteyi yayınlar; standart sunucu kayıtları). Avrupa Birliği dışına aktarım, Avrupa Komisyonu'nun 2021 tarihli Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri kapsamında yapılır; her iki sağlayıcı da AB-ABD Veri Gizliliği Çerçevesi'ne kayıtlıdır.
5. Ölçümü kapatmak
Tarayıcınızın izleme korumasıyla ya da bir eklentiyle analitiği engelleyebilirsiniz; site bunsuz da normal çalışır. Kendi ziyaretlerinizi bu cihazda blog sayacına yazdırmamak için herhangi bir blog yazısını adresin sonuna ?noview=1 ekleyerek açın.
6. Haklarınız
6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında hakkınızda ne tutulduğunu sorabilir, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteyebilirsiniz. hello@sofft.app adresine yazmanız yeterlidir. Yukarıda anlatılan ölçümler toplu ya da geri döndürülemez olduğundan, çoğu durumda kişisel olarak size bağlanabilecek bir kayıt bulunmadığını belirtmek isteriz.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu sitedeki ölçüm değişirse, değişiklik yayına girmeden önce bu sayfa güncellenir ve üstteki tarih değiştirilir.
